Analysis of the support to identify constraints, particularly the state of the base and thickness.
Preparation of the substrate for application of the new waterproofing / thermal insulation system, such as cleaning, stabilisation and regularisation whenever necessary.
Regulatory requirements and/or load limitations, if any, must be respected.
