signed an agreement, subject to approval by the Competition Authority, to buy 100% of Imperalum&#8217;s capital.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, the Polish group announces its intention with this acquisition to complement its offer of bituminous waterproofing membranes and strengthen its position in the Western European market.<\/p>\n<p>Imperalum, founded in 1968, is the national leader in the bituminous waterproofing membranes market, being an important player in Portugal in the commercialisation of thermal and acoustic insulation, drainage and geotextiles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Selena Group is made up of 30 companies spread across 19 countries on 4 continents, with its products present in around 90 countries around the world, distributed across a portfolio of brands such as Tytan, Quilosa, COOL-R and Matizol.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9ddb65 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"d9ddb65\"
